"I would highly recommend anyone looking for a roof installation to give Stronghold Roofing a call. They were professional, knowledgeable, communicative, **and saved us thousands compared to other estimates.** A little about our experience: We knew we were going to need to replace our roof soon so we started the process of researching companies, checking reviews, and setting up estimates. I want to pause here, and say of all the companies I had come out, Joe from Stronghold Roofing was the ONLY one who listened and heeded my request for the estimate to be no contact due to the pandemic. He arrived on the schedule date/ time, called me to let me know he was there and getting on the roof. Then he called to let me know he was done, what he saw, give me my estimate, and answer all my questions. He was very thorough in his information, as well as professional and pleasant in handling what I'm sure seemed like my endless questions. After receiving numerous quotes, and comparing the quotes, what was included, the reviews, and the sales experience we decided to go with Stronghold Roofing. I worked with Joe and Liz to get everything set up. They were both wonderful to work with. They shingles were delivered the evening before the work was scheduled to be done and the crew arrived the morning of and got right to work. They were efficient, professional, and diligent in getting the work completed timely and with quality results. They were also cognizant of and diligent in clean up which is important to me as I have a child and animals. The roof looks great, and we have had several good florida rains since the installation and everything is perfect. I'll say it again that I'm extremely pleased with the level of service from the sales, office staff, and installation crew. They all do a tremendous job, and care about getting it right. If you need a roof you really need to give them a call!"

"I wanted to thank your company for the excellent experience I enjoyed working with your people. As you know there are hundreds of roofing companies soliciting a contract when they are aware that a person has a roofing need. I narrowed my search to eight companies and spent a month researching their materials, installation plans, previous workmanship, pricing, and promises. I selected your company for all these reasons. The materials, underlayment, metal sheeting, and hardware you used were high quality. The installation plan provided realistic timing, a removal and installation schedule that was dependable, material delivery and waste removal that was efficient. Your five roofing craftsmen worked as a well-oiled machine. They knew their schedule, and nothing deterred them. Each obstacle was met with expediency and obvious expertise. I was impressed with their work ethic. They were amicable and polite all their time on site. They meticulously organized equipment and materials and cleaned the premises each day before departing. Their workmanship when the job was completed is most evident. When bidding for the job Caleb used internet site evaluations and on site observations and measurements. The price was very competitive. During the selection process there are always many promises, some not documented thoroughly in the contract. Stronghold Roofing has met each promise with enthusiasm. "Did a bit of research on local roofing companies. Decided I wanted a GAF Elite contractor... you get a better manufacture warranty if the company has that qualification. Contacted all 3x GAF elite contractors in the area for quotes. One was crazy high, Stronghold was in the Middle, **and another was about 5% cheaper.** The cheaper company's negative reviews were met without ownership of issues, as such I decided to spend a bit more and go with a company that took ownership of any issues that occur. Got the quote and found out they had availability in 10 days. Crew came out and did an amazing job... THE BAD: There were a few minor issues. A handful of plants were crushed pretty bad, I'm still finding nails in the yard (although the ran the magnetic pickup numerous times around the drive, so no nails in tires!), **and they broke a $8 pool filter pressure gauge.** The GREAT! - Crew was well staffed, kind and considerate. All work was done in 1.5 days. No trash was left behind. I have a fragile driveway (decorative top overcoat), they put plywood over the entire drive to protect it from heavy trucks and debris. Salesman was very responsive to any questions or concerns I had before, during and after the work. Roof looks great! All in all, ZERO complaints. I will happily use this company again on any property in Lakeland that I am working on!!! Pricing is competitive, and probably cheaper in the long run compared to the cheapest options. Go Stronghold!"

"I’d like to start off by recognizing what an amazing team these guys are. I contacted them for a consultation and John Pierce came over and gave me a peace of mind regarding my roof replacement. I had a few questions so i contacted the office and after a slight miscommunication, Matt, the owner, reached out to me directly. Our conversation reassured me that this was the team to make it happen. We had 2 other quotes but they didn’t match John’s which included the removal and reinstallation of our solar panels. So hands down, John was our pick. He was on top of everything and was extremely professional communicating everything that was going on. He even came by and brought over multiple samples which he then went outside and showed each one in the sun. The guys were super efficient and did not damage any of our plants while removing and installing which was done all in ONE day and right before Hurricane Milton. Lastly, right after the hurricane, two shingles came off and right away, the crew came in to replace right away. I could go on forever but i just really want to thank John, Matt, Angel and the Solar guys for doing such an amazing job. We are beyond happy and grateful with everything. "Stronghold Roofing is our go-to on every project — we’ve done 3 with these guys already and happy every time! Everyone is very professional and responsive. It’s such a pleasure to work with Brandon. When we had an emergency roof leak on one of our rentals recently, he made sure his repair guy could get to us in a timely manner. When it was time to do a roof replacement on another project, the process and communication was always on point, not just Brandon but also the office staff. They did cleaned up all of the debris after completion but we - being extra cautious as it was a rental - asked them to come back and sweep through to make sure no nails were left behind. Not only did they respond right away, **the owner Matt came out to the project personally to make sure we were happy with the service. 10/10 outstanding customer satisfaction!** This is the relationship we’d like to build with our contractors and will continue to use Stronghold for future projects. Oh and I forgot to mention, their pricing is very reasonable compared to the service and products provided. An absolute bonus!!! This’s not a bias review btw, we have very high standards for our projects, so we expect the same when it comes to workmanship and quality. These guys definitely deliver it.
